A true people person who values honesty and integrity, she is passionate about building trust and creating a nurturing environment for her team and guests alike. From starting her journey as an apprentice on the salon floor, to now being salon owner, Hayley’s industry knowledge and expertise is second to none and she truly understands the importance of delivering a premium guest experience. Her passion is as strong today as it ever has been…‘I feel incredibly grateful and honoured to have a career where I wake up every day and get to do what I love.’

Aveda Exeter opened its doors in 2013 and shortly afterwards, Hayley became a partner in the business. Fast forward to 2022, Hayley is delighted to have sole ownership of Meraki Lifestyle Salon and Spa.
