Booking request
You can make an online booking anytime of the day or night via our ‘book now‘ link. Upon completion of booking you will receive an email confirming your appointment. 50% non-refundable deposit* is required upon booking.

Service Menu & Prices
Meraki Salon & Spa reserves the right to change our service menu and prices at any time.
Gift Certificates
Redeemable against any treatment, service or retail product at Meraki Lifestyle salon & spa. Simply present before paying & we’ll do the rest. Gift cards are valid for 12 months from date of issue. Gift cards are not exchangeable for cash or credit. In the event of lost or stolen gift cards Meraki Lifestyle salon & spa cannot be held responsible.
Appointments
Booking for all appointments is highly recommended but walk-ins are welcome. Please arrive at appointment time or prior.
Cancellation Policy
For politeness to our stylists, therapists and other clients, please give 48 hours cancellation notice. Upon booking we require a 50% deposit to secure all bookings. Please note; with 48 hours + cancellation notice, your deposit can be moved to a new appointment allocation or alternatively refunded upon request.
Colour Services
Following Aveda’s manufactures guidelines we don’t conduct any colour services on under 16 years olds.
